Redeeming Your W♣ Points

Points are redeemable in the following ways:

• Use your W♣ Club points toward a meal at any of our restaurants. Just present your W♣ Players Club card and photo I.D. to the cashier.
• Redeem your points for merchandise at Four Winds Outfitters, Quill Boutique and The Promenade Shop at Four Winds New Buffalo. Just present your W♣ Players Club card and photo I.D. to the cashier.
• Redeem your points for Instant Credit/Free Slot Play right any the slot machine by following these easy steps:
  • Insert your W♣ Players Club card into the card reader on the slot machine and wait for the light to turn green
  • Press the “Menu” button for access to your points
  • Enter your four-digit PIN and press “Enter”
  • Select “Point Play” from the list of options
  • Choose the amount of points to convert to Instant Credit/Free Slot Play
  • Press the “Confirm” button to continue
  • Make your first wager and begin playing
